Starting this week, we’re introducing something to the Netherworld we call ‘Wizard Pins’. Once every now and then, an artist will create a set of new enamel pins for a series of machines. Then, all you need to do to gain one of these is clock a particular score on its respective machine, take a photo and then show us. The pin is then yours to show your loved ones that you’ve made something with your life.
The scores though? They’re not going to be a walk in the park. We’re setting them at a level we’ll call ‘kind of attainable’. We have only 100 of each pin and once they’re gone, they’re gone forever.

The first set of pins was created by Australian artist Emetic Art, who also created the snake mural located in the arcade room. The first set are for 80’s classics Pacman and Space Invaders, alongside pinball favourites Ghostbusters and The Twilight Zone.

The scores you’ll need to achieve are as follows:

Pacman – 30,000
Space Invaders – 3,000

The Twilight Zone Pinball – 250,000,000
Ghostbusters Pinball – 250,000,000

The only way to get your hands one of these pins is by achieving these scores. Each pin can only be won by each player once.

What are you waiting for? Get cracking, denizens.
