The Final Ultimate Denizen

IT IS TIME! The final time. The yearly battle to crown Netherworld’s most powerful gaming denizen across all its gaming relics is coming to an end.

This November, in the lead up to the Netherworld’s 10th anniversary, we end this chapter in our hallowed books of lore by giving the denizens one final chance to be immortalised for all eternity.

The Ultimate Denizens are unique creatures so powerful they mastered all of the arts of arcade, pinball, classic & modern consoles. Each year, one such denizen has been selected through a series of trials and tribulations. To achieve this, the denizen must excel in a variety of games spanning generations and style.

Pinball, both old and new.
Classic consoles.
Racing on the Netherworld Speedway.
Accuracy with a plastic gun.
Arcade games, from the 8-bit classics through to the colourful 90’s.
The dreaded, unknown territory know as… ‘the modern era’.

A weakness in any particular section will see you cast out from the possibility of the ultimate reward.

The winner will be given many riches and immortalised via royal portrait and hung on the walls of the Netherworld in our ‘Hall of Denizens’.

The trials happen on Sunday the 29th of November at 10am sharp. Note that all participants will not be permitted to leave the venue after 10am without finishing their games lest they forfeit their claim to the throne.

Each $20 ticket comes with a limited edition Ultimate Denizen pin designed by Nelson Gibbins, the competition and a drink.
