Two Bit Movie Club – Up In Lights

Join us for UP IN LIGHTS, a Two Bit Movie Club journey through the surreal vintage history of Old Hollywood musicals. From the Kong sized grandeur of backlot sound stages to the synchronised swimming of countless mermaids and the HOLY SHIT dance numbers that made their way from broadway (and dive bars) to LA.
Expect a clip frenzy of musical numbers, behind the scenes tidbits and modern moments that took inspiration from a very particular, expensive and flashy time in Hollywood’s studio system history.
It happens at Netherworld on Monday the 27th of November at 7pm, with doors open from 6.30pm. Please note that our kitchen isn’t open for these closed door events, but you’re more than welcome to order in.
