Comics Etc and Netherworld are forming a special Halloween team-up for “And Then I Woke Up!” – a spooky, blood curdling one page horror comic challenge . We’re putting the call out to artists across Brisbane to submit a single page of comic art that tells a terrifying tale.
Weird tales, gore-fests, psychological horror, monsters, slashers, Cthulhu mythos or ghost stories – any horror genre your warped mind wants to spend time with is acceptable!
The one page horror comic will be in A3 format and can be created in any style (paint/pencil/digital) but must be submitted in digital form to info@netherworldarcade.com by the DEADline of 9am September 25.
We’ll be picking the best entries for display at either Comics Etc or Netherworld throughout October, with prizes for our favourite 3 and a special award for the creepiest entry!
